About the Curator §

Simon M. White is a Theory of Constraints practitioner, international speaker and Chair of TOCICO. During his many years at BAE Systems, he worked across aircraft maintenance, project controls and systems thinking, leading the company’s first Critical Chain Project Management implementation and supporting its adoption internationally as a Project Management Fellow.

His subsequent work at WiseTech Global spans regulatory assurance, enterprise delivery and professional education. Across these settings, his recurring question is the same: what is actually limiting progress, and what would it take to change it?

As the TOC Atlas’s first curator, he seeks to help readers see the connections within this body of knowledge, question its assumptions and put it to useful work. His guiding purpose is simple: helping others think clearly.
